Presentations Guidelines

• At the conference, the presentation room will be equipped with a PC and projector. 
• The PC will be set up for Powerpoint presentations.
• In the evolving world of Microsoft, save down to the 97-2003 format in order to ward off any problems.
• Powerpoint slides should not have sound and animations.
• 30 minutes allocated for each presentation slot. Presentation is 20 minutes and Question & Answer session will be 10 minutes.
