- Each presenter will have about 20 minutes for presentation including Q and A. Keep your presentation about 15 – 17 minutes so that there is a brief time for Q and A.
- You can use chat facility to communicate with the audience in case there are questions that can not be answered in an oral fashion.
- Please report to the conference chair before the session begin.
- We encourage presenters to open their videos so that it would be easier for PIC and chair to recognize you.
- There will be a host in each room that will help the session running. Please ensure that you check your email near the presentation schedule just in case we need to communicate with you.
